Hi! I’m Meli—clarinetist and engineer passionate about making music and academics accessible to all backgrounds.
Meli Everson is a Mexican-American clarinetist, composer, and audio engineer who is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in music. A proud alumna of the Chicago Musical Pathways Initiative, she has performed across the world, including performances with the Honor Band of America, as principal clarinetist at Interlochen’s World Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Chicago Youth Symphony’s European World Tour, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music Orchestra. Committed to making music accessible, Meli actively engages with the Quinteto Latino Fellowship.
Meli's musical journey spans classical, modern, and electronic genres, fueled by her passion for live performance and studio recording. With a blend of classical elements and innovative production skills, she crafts a future of music that embraces everyone.
